Course Description

This is the Officials Certification quiz for the the JBQ program in the Wisconsin/Northern Michigan Ministries Network. There are two parts to the test. There are the Officials Test General Guidelines and The Officials Test Timekeeping and Scorekeeping portions. All tests and certifications are offered free of charge.  You are encouraged to complete both tests for full certification.




Discipleship Director

Mark Kilcoyne

Mark is the Discipleship Director the Wisconsin/Northern Michigan Ministries Network of the Assemblies of God. Mark oversees the areas of Children's Ministries, Pastoral Development, Christian Education and Spencer Lake Kids Camps. Mark has his Master's Degree in Educational Administration and Supervision of Instruction from Regent University. Prior to his position in the District Office he served as a Children's Pastor for 21 years.
